About the Programme
Tired of the hectic and mundane city life? Want to meet new friends from all around the globe? Hope to challenge your own limits? If you do, you shall not miss this great chance to join "Exhilange"!
Exhilange combines the words “exhilarate” and “exchange”. The cultural exchange and exhilarated activities in this wild camp would definitely enable you to create a lot of precious memories with your HKU peers from Hong Kong and all around the world!
During the camp, you are able to spend two days and a night on an outlying island in Sai Kung. Night talk and campfire are definitely not-to-be-missed. You can also prepare your own meal with your groupmates using the camping cooksets. And with the self-challenging kayaking to test your own limits in cold weather! Do not hesitate and join us if you are interested! Tents and cooksets will be provided while participants are responsible for bringing your own sleeping bags and mat. You are welcome to bring your own tent too.

Campsite: Sai Kung (YMCA Wong Yi Chau Youth Camp)
Assembly time: 12:30 Dismissal time: 17:00 on the next day
Assembly & Dismissal Location: Sai Kung Pier
Details: Enjoying a 2-day-1-night wild camp with fun games, kayaking and campfile on an outlying island and meeting new HKU friends from Hong Kong and different parts of the world. Tents and cooksets will be provided while participants are responsible for bringing your own sleeping bags and mat. You are welcome to bring your own tent too.

Special reminders: When doing water sports in the cold, the body is soaked wet and tends to lose temperature easily. Please beware of keeping yourself warm and safe throughout the activity. Bringing extra clothing is highly recommended if needed.
