Making Your First Appointment (Screening Session)

  • You can call (852) 3917 8388, email or come to our centre during opening hours.
  • You will be invited to attend a 15-20 minutes screening session, in which our Duty Counsellor will assess your needs and urgency.
  • You will be scheduled to meet with your Case Counsellor for a full intake assessment.
  • Under normal circumstances, an appointment can be arranged within two weeks after you have attended the Screening Session.

Screening hours (first-come, first-served)
Mondays – Fridays 10am-1pm & 2pm- 5pm
(Except public and university holidays)

Follow-up appointment

You will arrange the follow-up appointment with your Case Counsellor in the intake session. If you need to change your appointment, you can contact the counter staff.
