CORE PROJECTS

WAY x Youth.ROC
Connect with community, family, and people through Street Run
About the Programme

Social integration in communities is to create the conditions for everyone to live and work successfully alongside each other. Most people feel they belong to their neighborhood and to this community, and have a sense of pride in the place where they live in. People also have a clear sense of shared aspirations and values, which focuses on what we have in common rather than our differences.

WAY x Youth.ROC is a programme that aims to:

  • Promote social integration between students and families in the Aberdeen districts;
  • Bring together people from diverse groups and encourage local participation; and
  • Foster mutual understanding and appreciation for the diversity.
